My name is Nina Boski, founder and creator of LifeBites Media (LBM), a multi-media company that gets you thinking about and improving your life. It is designed for “lifestyles on the go!” Through the use of television, radio, print, new media, life coaching and merchandise, LifeBites has developed easy-to-use products and services allowing you to easily incorporate personal growth into everyday life.
Some people ask me, why LifeBites? I tell them "because we live in this quick-fix, on the run society, there never seems to be enough time to do your inner work." Now with LifeBites, you can incorporate your self-discovery into your daily schedule. We all say, we want a better life, yet we are unclear of how to make it better, or feel that it’s someone else's responsibility. For us to create a more meaningful and loving compassionate world, we have to know ourselves -- our values, our beliefs and our goals. In other words, we have to know who we are and what we want. Many times when I ask people, "what do you want?" The answer is, "I don’t know." That’s why there is LifeBites. The "I don't knows" can't work anymore if we want to have better lives. We have to create it for ourselves!
Many people want to "have" without doing the work necessary to get there. Life is a series of choices. You are either conscious of your choices or your choices are being made for you. As Gandhi said, "we must be the change we are looking to create." If you want to have a better life, you have to change and grow in order to have what you desire.
