Order Processing
We process our online orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 3 pm PST will be processed the next business day. Please be advised that once an order is placed, you will be unable to make changes to the order online.
Sales Tax
We charge a sales tax of 8.25% to all orders shipped to a California address. We do not charge sales tax on orders being shipped to all other locations.
Telephone Orders
We are happy to place your order for you over the phone. Please call 1-877-GTA-LIFE {482-5433) during regular business hours. Business hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm PST. Please do not leave a message with your order as we will not be able to process it without a verbal confirmation.
Shipping Policies
When an order is placed on our site, it is generally shipped the next business day. Occasionally, we may have a delay in which case we will contact you. You will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail which provides a link to track your order. We require a signature on all package deliveries. Please ensure that you are shipping to an address where someone will be available to sign for the package.
Delivery confirmation or tracking numbers are provided via email when items are shipped. Please be aware that SPAM blockers may prevent customers from receiving these emails (especially AOL).
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please add a Shipping Address if the Billing Address of record for your credit card is a P.O. Box.
Shipping to multiple addresses:
We're so sorry, but at this time, we cannot accommodate requests to ship items in the same order to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each additional shipping address.
