My goal is to help each person grow through self-awareness and reach his/her greatest potential for happiness and self-fulfillment.

I work on your body issues from the inside out! I have been working with adolescents and adults for the past 25 years in individual, couple, family and group therapy. My approach is one that people generally feel comfortable with. I welcome you to contact me regarding any questions you may have.

My focus is on balance and well-being. I incorporate mind-body therapy which includes relaxation techniques.

Christy Meyers

Christy Meyers trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She holds a BFA from New York University, where she studied acting and drama therapy.

Over the years, Christy has worked with many organizations to raise the health of their employees, member and students, including the American Red Cross, Screen Actors Guild, several schools, colleges and theater companies nationwide.  She has been a guest speaker at health focused seminars, conferences and workshops.  And has developed podcasts, blogs and written articles on nutrition and health.

Christy has been extensively trained in all the dietary theories, from ancient to modern; and understands the way in which lifestyle effects nutrition and health.   Her practice combines cutting-edge, holistic nutritional theory, with ideas and exercises from her intense and eclectic counseling and theatre background, to help her clients address their health concerns and attain optimal health.   She maintains a private practice for individuals who are ready and committed to getting healthy for good.
