Grounding
What is grounding? Grounding is a technique used to get you connected to yourself. It’s a great tool to use at the beginning or end of your day to get you back into your body and feeling connected to yourself again. It is also a great way to pull in your scattered energies if you have had a busy and/or frazzled day. Grounding makes you feel safe, solid and helps you with the foundation of life. Grounding Exercise
Sit in a chair, back straight, feet planted firmly on the ground.

Imagine a grounding cord in a form of a tree trunk going from the base of your spine (1st charka) all the way to center of the earth.

Imagine a flow of energy in the middle of the tree trunk – down-releasing everything you don’t need.
.
Bring in your aura in about two feet around you.
.
Say hello to your heart and center of your head.
.
Bend over, touch your toes, stretch out, sit up and open your eyes.
.
Go on with your day.
